落札した商品をpaynowで支払おうとすると、Error Code #50309「We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later.」と表示されます｡
以前から同じで、一切決済できません｡
相手がUSAの場合はpaypalで直接決済しましたが、emailアドレスを聞いて直接決済しようとしても売り手の地域によっては「相手は送金できない地域だから、checkoutから処理してください｡
」と表示されます｡
どうしたらよいでしょうか?
PayPalで支払いをしようとすると"Your request could not be processed at this time"と出てきて支払えません｡
どうすればいいですか?
ちなみに右下に"Error Code 1004"と出てきています｡
また、PayPalは登録とカード認証(200円のやつ)済みです｡

2件支払いを済ませ、3件目に突入したところでpaypal codeの入力を求められ先に進めなくなりました｡
コードが分るのに数日かかってしまうことは、支払いがストップするという事ですよね?
とすると、出品者は、2件落札が完了しているが、残り1件の入金がしばらくされてない時点で、キャンセル扱いになったりしないのでしょうか｡
そもそも、paypal codeが分るまでは支払いは出来ないのでしょうか?
それによって、インボイスから⇒支払い画面に入り⇒paypal codeを求められ先に進めないという事を数回繰り返しました｡
同じインボイスから数回支払い手続きを行っているので、その場合、次のステップに進めた際に3回支払いをした事になってしまうのでしょうか・・・はじめてなもので、心配です｡
